Tips to find more pleasure in what we do:

  • Try something new, whether it is meditation or tennis or kickboxing.
  • Pair up with a small child and get on the swings.
  • Be in nature as often as possible.
  • Call or get together with a friend who can make you laugh until you cry.
  • Tonight, put work aside, get in bed an hour earlier and pick up a book.
  • Put yoga on your appointment calendar a few times a week.
  • Begin and end every day with an expression of gratitude.
  • Get a massage once a month.
  • Get a window table at the coffe shop instead of taking your drink to go.
  • Find something that makes you happy and keep it in your life.
